HOW WE CAME ABOUT
After having dealt with one too many cold, soggy, sometimes acrid & crumpled pies that came in the name of home delivered pizzas, our founder, who nurtures a great love for pizzas and a strong desire for enjoying them in the comfort of his home, found himself questioning and rethinking the entire pizza delivery process.
If we baked our pizzas while delivering, rather than baking and then delivering, would they not taste as good as a pizza straight out of the oven, like in a gourmet dine-in restaurant? And thus the quest began.

A gourmet dine-in experience but in the comfort of your home; sounds too good to be true? We used to think so too, until we decided to make it a reality. At My Love Triangle, we’ve laboured to the point of exhaustion and created to (near) perfection an innovative new way to get your pizzas to you, the minute they get out of the oven: by baking them in our pizza vans while we drive to reach you! Featuring authentic airy, fluffy Neapolitan crusts, fresh gourmet ingredients, and the choicest toppings, we aim to deliver to you exactly what we’ve named ourselves: your favorite cheesy triangles oozing with flavor and bursting with love! MLT promises to be the seven-star experience you need and deserve, for those of you who love eating pizza but don’t want to step out to eat it.

At MLT, we are passionate about eating pizza the way it’s meant to be eaten: piping hot and fresh out of the oven. Our team of pizza experts, food connoisseurs, consultants, and robotic engineers have worked tirelessly to achieve the impossible and bring the oven to you! Learn more about the O2U process here.
We’ve created a self-contained covid shield that houses ONLY our MLT staff. Our kitchen staff, chefs, and delivery personnel are the only people in this bubble, and have been admitted inside only after testing negative and quarantining.
Once you place your order, your pizzas will be baked inside delivery vans WHILE we deliver to you, reducing points of contact to a bare minimum and ensuring that your food arrives just out of the oven. After the pizzas are taken out of the mobile ovens, our chef will package them into terracotta boxes that retain heat and absorb moisture. We’ll then hand over your order directly to you (or place it at your doorstep) mere minutes after it’s been prepared!
We know you can’t go to a restaurant right now, but we sure can bring a restaurant-level 7-star experience to you!
In this direction, we begin by providing financial assistance to those suffering social and legal injustice, simply because they cannot afford to fight their legal battles because of financial constraints.

2. What temperature should a pizza be delivered at?
The perfect Neapolitan pizza is baked at around 475-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and consumed immediately after. Our process enables exactly that. Cooked at 500 degrees Fahrenheit, our pizzas are different because we make them on the move, inside our delivery vans, while reaching your address. Our pizza pies are packaged and delivered to you just seconds after they’re cooked, which means you can enjoy your MLT pizza at precisely the right temperature!
3. How should I reheat my pizza?
place it in the oven for xyz minutes at abc temperature.
place the slices on a non-stick skillet on medium heat, add a few drops of water, and cover the skillet. This helps in crisping up the base again and retaining some moisture in the cheese on top.
The terracotta dish your pizza came in is also microwave safe, but use the microwave to reheat your slices only when you really can’t wait to heat it any other way!
